By booking or using services from Paul’s Luxury Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our business and our clients.
Services
Paul’s Luxury Auto Detailing provides mobile and/or on-site automotive detailing services. Services vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected package.
Final pricing may change if the vehicle’s condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.
Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis

Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments

Clients must provide accurate contact information
If we are unable to access the vehicle at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a cancellation.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service
Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Clients must disclose:

Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, mold, or strong odors

Mechanical or electrical issues that may affect service
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a health or safety risk.
Satisfaction Policy
We strive for high-quality results.
If you are not satisfied:

Concerns must be raised before the service is completed

We do not offer refunds after leaving the job site

We may offer a touch-up or partial resolution at our discretion
Damage Disclaimer
Paul’s Luxury Auto Detailing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, faded paint, worn leather, cracked trim)

Damage caused by fragile, aftermarket, or previously repaired components

Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to detailing
By booking, you acknowledge your vehicle may already have wear or damage.
Personal Property
Please remove all personal belongings prior to service.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing personal items.
Weather Policy (Mobile Services)
For mobile detailing:

Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme cold, or unsafe conditions

We will communicate promptly to reschedule when necessary
Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking

We do not store card information
Failure to submit payment may result in legal action or refusal of future services.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
