Refund Policy

Paul’s Luxury Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality detailing services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are subject to the following Refund Policy.

No Refunds After Service Completion

Once a detailing service has been completed and the technician has left the job site, no refunds will be issued.

Detailing services are time-based and labor-intensive, and results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition prior to service.

Satisfaction Guarantee (Limited)

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • You must notify us before the service is marked complete

  • We may, at our discretion, offer a touch-up or correction

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined case by case

Pre-Existing Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing scratches, stains, fading, odors, or damage

  • Wear and tear due to age or condition of the vehicle

  • Results limited by the vehicle’s material or condition

By booking, you acknowledge that detailing improves appearance but does not restore or repair damaged surfaces.

Deposits (If Applicable)

If a deposit is required:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable

  • Failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in full service charges

Weather-Related Rescheduling

For mobile services, appointments affected by unsafe weather may be rescheduled without penalty.
Refunds are not issued due to weather delays.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Paul’s Luxury Auto Detailing directly before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future services

  • Collection efforts for unpaid balances

Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for:

  • Misrepresentation of vehicle condition

  • Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Requests made after completion and departure

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking or paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
